Punctuality and Courtesy
Please note we hold a strict punctuality policy, all allocated appointments must begin and end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. If you do not attend or are more than 15 minutes late a charge may be applied. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon as we will need to carry out a full consultation.
Please note we hold a strict 48 hours cancellation policy, if this is not adhered to you may incur a charge of the total treatment price. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01434 61007 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Purchase of Retail Products
All retail products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering. Prepaid Courses of treatments must be used within 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Promotions and Special Offers
All promotions and special offers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Promotions and special offers must not be transferred to a third party and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. We reserve the right to without notice 1 - terminate the promotion or special offer at any time and without notice 2. Alter or amend the terms & conditions of the promotion or special offer.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to our team at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session.
Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
We reserve the right to review prices in line with inflation, fluctuating running costs and unforeseen circumstances. Such variations may effect our ability to offer services and retail at the prices stated and this may incur a price rise without notice.
Data Protection Policy
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be stored in line with GDP guidelines. We may on occasion send you details of open evenings and special promotions, if you would rather not receive marketing style messages these please let us know at the first instance.
We ask that you then disclose all medical conditions including pregnancy and allergies prior to booking as some treatments may not be suitable, you can give any relevant information on your consultation card.
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, we ask that you please refrain from talking loudly on your phone and ensure it is on silent for the full duration of your time at the salon where ever possible.
Please note we are unable to allow children under 12 in the salon during treatments.
Salon hygiene is of the utmost importance therefore we ask all clients to wash and sanitise their hands upon arrival. All of our tools and work areas are cleaned and disinfected between treatments. We change our towels and linens between treatments and use biodegradable disposable towels wherever possible. Our towels and linens are laundered according to HSE guidelines.
